We have fun, but it does take work to accomplish our/your goals. With most of our events being weddings, there can be stress and pressure at moments of the job. Our couples spend months to years planning the wedding of their dreams and we play a HUGE part in bringing their vison to reality. It's one of the perks that I love!
Commitment to booked dates, attention to detail, an outgoing people friendly personality an eagerness to learn, etc. are all requirements that we look for in potential teammates to join us. Experience is perfered, but isn't necessary. We'll teach and coach as much as needed, because we want you to grow.
Along with some of the qualities already mentioned, the ideal entertainer would live within 1 hour of the Fenton/Linden, MI area, but not it's not a requirement. If equipment is needed, our facility is located in this area for pickup. Equipment pickup typically is the day of the event and then returned either the same day or no later than the following day. A vehicle capable of properly and safely transporting all needed equipment is a requirement.
A professional appearance and demeanor are a must. Brief background checks are required as well.
Availability on weekends, mostly Saturday's May through October are needed. Events can last 6-10 hours in one day, with many events ending at midnight. The wedding industry does slow down during the winter holiday season, but all effort is given to still book events for you.
Pay starts at $20 per hour, but is competitive. Performance reviews and client reviews can increase your base pay. 5 star client reviews will be rewared with a bonus. Plus, some clients even TIP at the event. The more you grow with our company, the more rewarding it is for YOU!
