Planning a wedding can be exhausting. We've been in your shoes. Everything that leads up to your big day can be overwhelming by itself THEN you have to be sure those plans bring to life your vision.
But your photographer has questions, the photo booth guy is late, your maid of honor has a rip in her dress... and your now significant other is trying to pull you to the dance floor for your first dance. Instead of enjoying YOUR moment, you're worried about what else can go wrong.
Making sure everything you have spent months to years planning sticks to your vision can be stressful, BUT it doesn't have to be. We're here to help.

What does day-of planning entail? Does everything happen on the big day?
Even with our 10 years of professional wedding experience, we can't do our best work if we only jump in on the day of your wedding. Starting a month (sometimes sooner) prior to the wedding with an in-depth consultation with you, we will review your contracts and understand exactly who is doing what and when. We can create (or help create) your day-of timeline, which will break down all the details regarding arrival times, setup, and breakdown.
We will coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to make sure that everything that you have spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned it.
A walk through of the venue with you to learn more about your vision, reaching out to vendors to introduce ourselves as the point of contact, the first to arrive/last to leave, down to every small detail on your wedding day - it will be handled by our coordinator.
Day-Of Coordinators remain on-site at all times to properly oversee the day of events in accordance with the prearranged check list. Services include any or all of the following: Management of vendors, wedding party, ushers, musicians and other wedding participants; management of the day’s schedule; oversight of ceremony and reception décor as logistically possible; distribution of flowers to wedding party, coordination of entertainment and events at reception, provision of bridal “emergency kit” for last-minute fixes on wedding day, end of event cleanup, etc.
